Worker’s Compensation

This class will provide an overview of the Workers The compensation System Guide (WCSG) is intended to give employers a general overview and summary of the Worker's Compensation System. It is not intended to supersede or take the place of the Florida Worker's Compensation law (Chapter 440, Florida Statutes) or Florida Workers Compensation Case Law. The WSCG provides general information and references that may assist with resolving issues and answering questions.
